Module 5 Now Available and new links added
Module 5 is now available! It has taken a long time but Module 5 (Takedown Defense Fundamentals) is out. I am excited about this module as I think it will help any martial artist, whether you are interested in wrestling or not. I believe that it will be the most comprehensive and detailed wrestling instructional on takedown defense on the market which will particularly benefit martial artist types who must contend with wrestler types.
I will begin work on Module 6 (Front Headlock) in a couple of weeks. Then, on to pummeling/clinch and throws with Modules 7 and 8 which will complete the series on takedowns.
