Module 4: Head Inside Single Leg Takedown Fundamentals
In this module, you will learn how to more safely and effectively attack single leg takedown with emphasis on the head inside high single leg as well as a number of critical principles and rules for determining what finish (and why) to execute, simultaneously interfering with your opponent's defense. After working with this module, you will have a broader and more sophisticated understanding of this attack. Principles and examples are discussed with regard to utilizing the head inside single leg takedown efficiently in the MMA arena. Over three-and-a-half hours of instruction on 3 DVDs!For administrative purposes, the date of 12/28/2005 is listed below for "Available Soon" modules. I will be completing the editing and authoring of the modules in the order they are listed on the Products page and anticipate most of the series to be completed by the end of the summer or early fall.
