Pummeling/Clinch Fundamentals
Pummeling and hand-fighting are critical components of both offense and defense in grappling as well as in the MMA arena at the closest of ranges. Proper pummeling technique is discussed and demonstrated. Additionally, pummeling is discussed and demonstrated in the context of hand-fighting and various tie-ups with an emphasis on understanding principles of the give and take in moving to control your opponent as opposed to simply "locking up" with him and both getting stuck in an unproductive dance. Finally, examples of transitioning to various upper and lower body attacks are demonstrated.For administrative purposes, the date of 12/28/2005 is listed below for "Available Soon" modules. I will be completing the editing and authoring of the modules in the order they are listed on the Products page and anticipate most of the series to be completed by the end of the summer or early fall. As I get close to completing each module, I will replace the availability date to inform customers. Please check the website every couple of weeks!
